add config file with machine-specific settings
- default queue and timelimit (pyina schedulers)
- default node type and number of nodes (pyina mpi)
- default workdir and other odd settings (pyina schedulers)
- default shell profile (pathos ssh)
- known hosts and ports (pathos ssh/pp)
